He is survived by: his former wife Shirlene Cooper of Omaha, Nebraska.; his son Patrick; his daughter-in-law Tamara Hendrickson of Omaha, NE.; his daughter Jo Anne; his son-in-law Stan LaBat of Chesterfield, MO.; his niece Helen Hale-Williams (Maureen Head); his friend Steve LaMell of St. Louis, MO.; and his siblings, Lugene Dunbar (Snook), Jessie Lewis (Aunt Juicy), Goldie Mayfield (Aunt Bill), Ruby Gilreath-Simmons, Shirley Bell, Salina Conners, Adean Brown, Charlie, John Q.
