He was predeceased by: his parents, Don H. Oxley and Marjorie Oxley (Lund); his brother Gary Oxley; his niece Melissa; and his great-nephew Alex Oxley.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ann Stevens; his sons, Brian Oxley (Lisa) and Greg Oxley (Tara); his grandchildren, Brynna and Caden; his sister Darlene Conradson (Ralph); and his sister-in-law Gloria.
