He is survived by: his parents, Robert Sedlacek and Susan Sedlacek; his siblings, Beth Sedlacek, Edwin Denis, Ben Sedlacek, Alex and Jenna Sedlacek; and his siblings' children, Avery, Jaycee, Aurora, Lee, Joe, Dawson, Cason and Logan.
