She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Walter, Mary Rudol, Richard and Dorothy Ferzley; and the father of her children Zach Church.

She is survived by : her daughters, Lexus Church, Miley Church and Josephine Church; her parents, Larry Rudol and Laura Rudol; and her siblings, Michelle Foote (Randel), Julie Vipond (Brad) and Steven Rudol (Heidi). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
