She was predeceased by: her parents, Gabriel Bartek and Darlene Bartek; her sister-in-law Nancy Bartek; and her father-in-law Marvin Dorn. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Dorn; her daughter Justina Georgesen Clayton (Daniel); her granddaughters, Olivia, Eleanora and Louisa Clayton; her siblings, Jeanne Derby, Mike and Steve Bartek (Ruth); her mother-in-law Arla Dorn; and her brothers-in-law, Jim Dorn (Andi), David Dorn (Sue) and Brian Dorn.
