She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathew Pawlusiak and Josephine Pawlusiak; her husband Ted Halski; and her granddaughter Michaela Barry. She is survived by: her children, Mike Halski, Karen Barry (Tom), Diane Bender, Debbie Smith (Gary) and Jim Halski (Debby); and her niece Janet Kawecki. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
While Flowers are appreciated, all cash memorials to the family will be distributed to Pats favorite charities.
