It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Jo Mead (Omaha, Nebraska), born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Naunie Lobaugh; her parents, Russell Pilkenton and Wilma Pilkenton; her parents-in-law, Robert and Alma Mead; her siblings, Cinda Pilkenton, Crystal Pilkenton, Terry Pilkenton (Bob) and Kevin Pilkenton; and her siblings-in-law, Penny Pilkenton, John Volenec and Butch Bozarth.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Mead; her children, Rodney Pilkenton, Heather Kes (Chantha), Winter Heuertz (Adam), Renata Girthoffer (Joseph), Danion Martinez (Joshua) of Omaha and Emma Mead of Avondale; her son-in-law Jermaine Lobaugh of Mansfield; her siblings, Shari McConnaha, Robin Holloway (Brett) of McCook, Boni Myers of Fremont and Jeffery Pilkenton (Francis) of Fremont; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Bozarth of Rock Hall and Roger Mead (Bunny) of Omaha Nebraska. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, many other family members, and lifelong friends.
