He is survived by: his wife Carol; his siblings, Jim (Carol) and Ann Kennedy (Travis); his children, Katie Trenkle (Brad) of Prairie Village, KS, Lindsey Kneifl (Andy) of Aurora, CO, Melissa Krebs (Jacob) of Omaha, NE and William Ryan Haller (Laura) of Lexington, KY.; and his grandchildren, Annie, Molly Kate, Ben, Hank, Caroline, Allison, Oliver Philip, Philip Maxwell and Yardley.
