He is survived by: his children, Raymond II (Monica), Michael (Patti), Dennis (Shannon), David Sempek (Jody) and Sherrie Winkel (Casey); his grandchildren, Zac (Emily), Nate (Kelly), Jake (Bianca), Josh (Sarah), Emmett, Andrew, Annie, Ellianna, Dillon Sempek (Claire), Sara Palensky (Jake), Brandon Winkel, Ryan Winkel (Courtney), Matthew, Hannah and Owen Sempek; his great grandchildren, Mason, Oliver, Asher, Jensen and Sloan; his sisters, Phyllis DeGeorge and Margie Sempek; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Soukup, Marve Elliott (Myrna), Larry Elliott and Mel Elliott (Robin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
