We are sad to announce that, on February 18, 2026, at the age of 77, Reba Dianne Payne (Omaha, Nebraska), born in Seattle, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Reba leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Payne and Nora E. Payne (Young). She is survived by: her brother Jeffrey Payne.
