He is survived by: his wife Theresa Cioffa (Mailhot); and his children, Michael Cioffa (Sheila), Richard Jr. Cioffa (Sherry) and Stacey Wokutch (Mike).

“To the Cioffa family , I was was very sad to hear of Uncle Dickie’s passing. I will cherish all the wonderful memories growing up and spending Sunday’s at our grandma and grandpa’s house. There was so much laughter and yelling too especially when playing cards. I was so blessed to have know him and shared in his life. I am sure he is playing cards with my mom and dad.
