He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Chapuran and Jeanne Chapuran; and his sister Nancy Silvis. He is survived by: his siblings, Dan Silvis (Pat), Larry Silvis (Laura), Mary Kay Perrigo (Ed), Clare Kennedy (Joel), Joanne Miller (Kevin) and Joe Chapuran (Dina); and his close friend Susantha Weerasigne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
