He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Foster and Frances Foster; his brother Steven Foster; and his brother-in-law George Oliver. He is survived by: his siblings, Nanci Oliver of San Antonio, Diane Foster of Council Bluffs, Pamela Anderson and Douglas Foster of Omaha. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; 3 beloved cats; and other loving friends and family.
