He is survived by: his wife Judy Gustafson; his children, Richard Gustafson (Sharon), Angela Hook (Mark), Suzanne Kriegler, Jacqueline White, Jenea White and Bradley White Jr. (Kia); his sister Joanne Ritchey; and his son Joe. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
