Kutilek; his children, Rick Kutilek (Ann Bush) of Omaha, Susie Moore (Pete Book) of Omaha and Bill Kutilek (Crystal Larsen) of Lincoln; his sister Nancy Mott (Bill Mott) of Shoreview, Minnesota; and his grandchildren, Kate Leyendecker (Eric), Liz, Tom, Sarah (Moore), Ladd and Brooke. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
