He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare Mann and Opal Mann (Liminger); his wife Wanda Traub; his son Mark Mann; and his brother Don Mann.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Mann (Shelly), Craig Mann, Cathy Mann (Steve Drzaic), Christy Reikofski (Mike) and Michelle Osterman (Randy); his brother Frank Mann; his grandchildren, Michael Thomas (Heather), Christopher Thomas, Heather Valski (Matthew), Sara Widhelm (J. D.) and Kelsi Frazier (Jared); and his great grandchildren, Molly, Cooper, Grayson, Anna, Silas, Crew, Evie and Millie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Omaha National Cemetery (14250 Schram Rd, Omaha, NE 68138).
