He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Warta and Eleanora Warta; his former spouse Marlin Marie Trueman; his siblings, Marlin Warta, Bob Warta and Delores Pool; his daughter Teresa; and his granddaughter Sabrina.
He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Steve Warta (Carol), Tim Warta (Lauris), Brian Warta (Peggy) and Christine Koch (Monte); and his stepchildren, Ervin Scharff (Regina), Mike Scharff (Sherry), Brenda Stark and Heather Ramey (Darin). He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 6 Great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
