He was predeceased by: his wife Terri Lynn Tripp; and his parents, Delores Tripp and Roy "Mick" Tripp. He is survived by: his children, Shane Sorenson (Molly) and Ryan Tripp (Syneathea Slater); his grandsons, Alex Sorenson and Landon Tripp; and his brothers, Ed Tripp, Randy Tripp and Ronnie Tripp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many loving friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home (5701 Center St, Omaha, NE 68106). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 3:30 PM at 1201 S 157th St, Omaha, NE 68130.
