She is survived by : her stepmother Monte; her mother Pamela Dees; her husband Ben Perkins; her mother-in-law Lenora Perkins; her children, Brandon Butler (Abby), Rihonna Morast, Isaac, Corben, Jeremiah, Langston, Aalayah and Kamya Perkins; her sister Tamara Sebastian; her sister-in-law Shantell Prince (David); her brothers, Adam Morast (Danyelle), Brandon Fetherkile (Desirae), Ryan Fetherkile and Dustin Fetherkile; her brother-in-law Courtney Perkins; and her aunts and uncles, Jolene Schmitz (Mark), Cathy Dees, Kelly Morast, Barry Morast (Carla) and Numerous. She is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews.
