He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Alexander Amend (Mabel Amend) and Mabel Amend; his parent Joann Richling Aikin of Beatrice, NE; and his brother Jim Aikin of Beatrice. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Keenan Amend; his children, Kristin Huber and Rocky Amend (Kalli); his sister Judy Sunderman (Rob) of Beatrice; his grandchildren, Tatum Huber, Brody Huber, Andrew Huber and Bobbi Amend; and his cousin Molly Chilinski (Gary) of Eloy, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and numerous brothers- and sisters-in-law.
