He was predeceased by: his parents, Consorcio Padios and Blanche Rogers (Betty); and his sister Madeline Harter. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Strimple-Padios; his siblings, Rena Hale, Sandy Rogers, Gerald Padios and Ronald Rogers; his children, Victor (Michaela Padios) and Alaina Hickman (Ryan Carroll); and his grandchildren, Lila, Sean, Wesley, Oliver, Edith, Vivian, Rose, Thomas, Victor and Iris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
