He is survived by: his children, Deb (Kevin McMullen), Patty (Tony Smith), Bobby, Jr. (Amy Gammel) and Tracy Vance; and his siblings, Gary Gammel, Roger, Carol Gammel, Sue Gammel and Jeff Brothen. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the VFW Post 2503 (8904 Military Rd, Omaha, NE 68134).
