He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Kosalka and Joseph Kosalka; and his son David. He is survived by: his wife Gale; his sons, Robert (Teresa) and Michael; his daughter-in-law Michelle Kosalka; his grandchildren, Irvin, Ryan (Kyla), Kyle (Kassie), Danielle (Michael), Jackie (Jeff), Evelyn (Adrian), Victoria and James; and his great grandchildren, Taylen, Kenny, Mitchell and Kimberly.
