He was predeceased by: his parent Lee Arthur Crabtree; his brother James; his mother Betty; and his sons-in-law, Robert Witte and Richard Green.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Lynn and Jeffrey Scott; his wife Ann Ohrt; his son Mark Crabtree (Janie) of Windsor, CO; his stepdaughter Linda Greene (late Richard) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Josh, Lauren Crabtree, Troy (Alaina), Bob Witte (Brooke), Kyle, Kristin and Nathanael Crabtree; and his stepgrandson Adam Mohr (Rachel). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
