He is survived by: his sons, Robert Francis Jr. (Jody Francis), Donald Francis (Heidi Bartlett), Kenneth Francis (Sharon Francis) and Steven Francis (Cherry Francis); his grandchildren, Katrina, Kyle, Jessica and Amanda; his siblings-in-law, Roy Smith, Lois Cooper and Loretta Francis; his sibling's children, Gary, Bob, Tom, Jay, Darlene, Wendy, Karen, Joyce and Sandi; and his friends, George Murphy, Dot Rochette, Jean Love, Tom, Diane Clark, Deborah Lavoie and Bob Belrose. He is also survived by his five great-grandchildren.
