He was predeceased by: his parents, Marge Leonard and Jack Leonard; his daughter Rhonda Anderson; and his son-in-law Randy Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Jokumsen (Hays); his children, Jack Jokumsen of Mobile, AL, Brenda Jokumsen-Hausmann of Papillion, NE and Bryon Jokumsen (Stacie) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Tiffany Sacher (Eric Sandoval), Jacob, Ally, Evan Hausmann, Austin, Alyssa Fleck and Logan Jokumsen; and his great grandchild Wrenley Sandoval.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
