She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert John Ludwig and Gladys Lavina Lofdahl (Miller); her husband Carroll Nyquist; her siblings, Willard Lofdahl and Iris Ann McGowen; and her son Terence Allen Nyquist.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Lee Olsen (Dennis), Dr. Paul Nyquist (Cheryl), Roslyn Sieh (Joel) and Wendy Sherman (Michael). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
