He is survived by: his children, Anthony Salvatore, Angie Salvatore and Joey Salvatore; his nieces, Christina, Gina, Sara, Katie, Theresa and Brittney; and his brother Pat Salvatore. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; several great- grandchildren.
