He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Anderson and Mary Louise Anderson (Stott); his stepmother Sue Anderson (Swanson); his siblings, Scott (Jill Anderson) and Kristi (Anderson); his daughter June (Anderson); his son-in-law Thomas McCarty; his daughter Colleen (Anderson); his son-in-law Ryan Hartley; and his grandchildren, Callahan McCarty, Kellan Hartley and Vera McCarty.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the LaVista Community Center (8116 Park View Blvd, La Vista, NE 68128).
