She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Krecek and Josephine Krecek (Chapek); her husband Raymond Lorence; her siblings, Doris Krecek and James Krecek; and her son Gary Lorence.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Lorence, Don Lorence (Debra), Doug Lorence, Steve Chaney and Susan Lorence (Ray Newton); her grandchildren, Raymond Shane Lorence (Stacie), Brandi Jo Weaver (Justin Haptonstall), Sarah Barnes (Nolan), Marc Lorence (Lauren) and Laura Newton (David Bunker); and her great grandchildren, Logan, Lexi Lorence, Brynn, Owen Barnes, Layla and Landen Lorence.
In memory of Ruth, in lieu of flowers, the family wishes contributions be made to the Stephen Center in Omaha, Nebraska or to St. James United Methodist Church in Bellevue.
