With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sherry K. Fitzgerald (Omaha, Nebraska), who passed away on October 4, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Sherry departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Sherry. Though Sherry may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Fitzgerald and Gladys Fitzgerald; and her brother Gary. She is survived by: her brothers, Terry Fitzgerald (Ann), Randy Fitzgerald (Teri), Rick Fitzgerald (Sue) and Scott Fitzgerald.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Korisko Larkin Staskiewicz Funeral Home (5108 F St, Omaha, NE 68117). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church (5223 Q St, Omaha, NE 68117).
