She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel M. Swanson (Comstock) and John H. Swanson; her husband James W. Earp; her son Jon C. Kelly; and her siblings, Ronald G. Swanson and Joanne Swanson.

She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl K. Maddalena (Sammy) of Bennington, NE. She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-granddaughters and one great-great-grandson.
