She was predeceased by: her mother Anna Hulme O'Connor; and her husband Homer H. Noar. She is survived by: her children, Karen Noar, Jean Noar, Susan Anderson (David) and Sheri Noar; her grandchildren, Nicole Kavanagh, Kristin Slykhuis (Josh), Kelly Robbins (Evan Manderbach) and Claire Robbins; and her great grandchildren, Justin, Jaime Younker, Audrey, Laurel Slykhuis, Lola and May Manderbach.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Cassel Retirement Center Foundation or Radio Talking Book Service.
