She was predeceased by: her son Larry Kletke; and her brother Ron Culp. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Kletke; her children, Linda Leapley and Dan Kletke (Karol); her grandchildren, Justin, Brandon, Danell and Marissa; and her great grandchildren, Ayla and Marie.
