He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Stoops and Evelyn Stoops; and his sisters, Judy Garreans and Linda Stafford. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Shane Stoops (Lora), Jesse Stoops (Tabby) and Staci Anderson (Colton); his grandchildren, Tyler, Emma, Todd, Gracie, Gabby, Lennox, Esmae, Paisley and Kyler; his great grandchild Lilliana Rosalynn; his sister Trudy Hartline; and his brother-in-law John Garreans, Sr.. He is also survived by puppies; many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
