He was predeceased by: his father Gene Trompke; and his wife Elizabeth Trompke (Ridley). He is survived by: his son Steven Ridley; his mother Bonita Trompke; his siblings, Elaine Merten and Mark Trompke (Theresa); and his nephew Joshua (Megan). He is also survived by many relatives and good friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Braman Mortuary (72 St Chapel) (1702 N 72nd St, Omaha, NE 68114). A reception was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
