He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Shiflett. He is survived by: his wife Tracey; his children, Owen Shiflett and Emily Snelling (Anthony); his grandchildren, Jack and Ava Snelling; and his sisters, Lisa Toltzman (Rob), Lori Banse and Jody Capasso. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
