Tanya Winegard Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on October 28, 2023, at the age of 52, Tanya Winegard of Omaha, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Douglas Shinkunas; and her mother-in-law Donna Winegard. She is survived by: her son Gabe; her husband Michael Winegard; her sons, Gabriel Winegard and Noah Winegard; her mother Mary Jo Shinkunas; her siblings, Sara Sandberg (August), Scott Shinkunas (Leah) and Todd Shinkunas (Laura); her aunt Patricia; her uncle John Hail; her father-in-law Ronald Winegard; her sister-in-law Brenda Banawa (Anthony); and her nephews, Ivan, Christian, Ashton and Braylon.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to 'Memories for Kids' (http://www.memoriesforkids.org) or may also be made out to Creighton University in Tanya's name and will be used to honor her legacy.
