She was predeceased by: her sister Toni Ptach Westrick Seehauson of Los Angeles. She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Grenda (Don Ritzenhein) of Washington, DC, Bob Ptach (Gail) of Richmond, Joe Ptach (Gloria) of Connecticut, David Ptach of Los Angeles and Ken Ptach of Grand Rapids. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
