He is survived by: his children, Tom Jr. (Eva) and Terri (Steve); and his great grandchild Georgiann Benish.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John A. Gentleman Mortuaries (1010 N 72nd St, Omaha, NE 68114). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (4720 N 90th St, Omaha, NE 68134). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (7909 Mormon Bridge Rd, Omaha, NE 68152).
