He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Heath and Richard Jarod; his grandchildren, Alexis, Jada, Brandon, Hailey, Brayden and Kayden; his siblings, Gary, Mark, Rick, Randy, Jerry, Terry, Shelley and Tammy; and his girlfriend Stephanie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
