He was predeceased by: his wife Treasa; and his parents, Harrison Cornish and Louise Cornish. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Cornish II, Victoria Jensen (Landon), Jared (Abi Passe), Megan, William (Marissa) and Jonathan Cornish; and his siblings, Cathy VanVoorhis, Ann Kutter and Ben Cornish. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, extended family members and friends.
