He is survived by: his wife Jacquie; his children, Danelle Yarbrough (Robert), Thomas Joseph O'Neill IV (Amanda), Shawn O'Neill (Keeley) and Jessica Laukka (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Addison, Layla, Tucker, Scarlett, Robert, Kingston, Kaysen and Lydia; his mother Kay Watters; his sisters, Deb Kowalewski and Ruth Franson (Randy); and his mother-in-law Ceil Zuerlein. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed by the family.
