He was predeceased by: his son Mark; and his parents, Lee Nash and Lou Nash. He is survived by: his wife Kris; his daughter Heather (Khai); his grandchildren, Becca (Karac), Ethan and Kat; and his sisters, Jan and Mary. He is also survived by spouses; and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Henry Doorly Zoo Foundation or through "Give Back" for Nebraska Game and Parks in support of fishing.
