He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Martinez Miller (John Miller); his granddaughters, Ashley Miller and Diana Tribulato (Chris Tribulato); his son Toby Martinez, Jr. (Suzanne Trogdon Martinez); his grandchildren, Michael Trogdon (Surahbi Trogdon), Samantha Grant (Josh Grant) and Jordan Martinez (Carly); his great grandchildren, Jaron Martinez, Cruz Martinez, Penelope Martinez, Oliver Grant, Ellie Grant, Archie Grant, Hank Tribulato, Harry Tribulato, Holden Tribulato and Frankie Tribulato; and his siblings, Gilbert Martinez (Beverly), Barbara Fresquez, Vera Sanchez, Sylvia Barella and Gertrude Texiera. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
