He is survived by: his wife Jamie; his children, Joshua Matson (Brittany) and Samantha Peterson (Adam); his grandchildren, Kaylynn, Kallie, Chris, Sloane, Thea and Asher; his parents, Duane Matson and Sharon Matson; and his sister Collette Barnett (Brett).
A reception will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Braman Mortuary (Millard Chapel) (6505 S 144th St, Omaha, NE 68137).
In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask that donations be made to Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Omaha or the Josie Harper Hospice House.
