With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Van Floyd Mangels of Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on October 27, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irven Earl and Maymie Elizabeth Mangels; his siblings, Glen Mangels and Lois Warner of Tucson, AZ; his former wives, Lois Louise Melville and Phyllis Crawford; and his child Lynn Mangels.
He is survived by: his sons, Bill Mangels and Phil Mangels; and his grandchildren, April Gregory (Bryan), Lane Mangels, Neal Mangels (Leslie), Adam Mangels (Diana) and Jeff Mangels (Jennifer). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
