Vev Luginsland Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2025, at the age of 89, Vev Luginsland in Omaha, Nebraska, born in Carbon, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Hoffman and Halline Hoffman; her brother Fred; and her brother-in-law Galen Myers. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Luginsland (Lugi); her daughters, Tami Singleton (Chuck) and Lisa Kraus (Jeff); her sister Violet Myers; her grandchildren, Zack Singleton (Kayla), Tyler Singleton (Ali), Jacob Fogarty (Carolina), Katie Cherryholmes (Caleb), Matthew Kraus (Daysha) and Leah Kraus (Gavin); and her great grandchildren, Ava Singleton, Rhett Mast, Gable Davison, Zander, Theo Singleton, Annika Tinius, Graham, Grayson, Lily Jo Fogarty and Ellis Cherryholmes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, former students, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stockham Family Funeral Home (205 N Chestnut St, McPherson, KS 67460). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the McPherson Free Methodist Church (1010 S Maple St, McPherson, KS 67460).
Memorial donations may be made to the McPherson Free Methodist Church or Central Christian College of Kansas, in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 North Chestnut, McPherson, KS 67460.
