He is survived by: his children, Bill "Bubbs" Smith (Mary), Jim "Skinny" Smith (Rita), Mary Helen Mohr (John) and Chris Rhoades (Don); his grandchildren, Michael, Dan Smith, Angela Martin (Mike), Ryan Mohr (Kaitlin), Zach and Megan Rhoades; his great grandchildren, Jack, Jace Martin and Mia Mohr; and his siblings-in-law, Eva Peroutka, Karen Stillmock (Leo), Marge Smith, Jim Peroutka, Ed Mommsen and Don Nichols.
