He was predeceased by: his parents, Farris Waterworth and Dolores Waterworth. He is survived by: his aunt Pat Hann; his uncle Jim Waterworth; and his siblings, Richard Waterworth (Jane), Dee Richter (Tom), Tim Waterworth (Leisa) and Pat Ahrendsen. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
